About the founder
Ethan Coffin
Boerne native. Aggie. Owner of Eco Paper Depot.
My dream has always been to be an entrepreneur and help people by solving real problems. I earned my bachelor's in accounting at Texas A&M, I'm working on my master's in financial management, and I've been running Eco Paper Depot since 2023.
Why toilet paper?
Because I found a real problem worth solving. Facilities, especially jails, deal with cardboard cores that get stuffed, flushed and misused, and coreless rolls get rid of the cardboard entirely. Plus, being "the toilet paper guy" to friends, colleagues and clients is pretty great.
Paying it forward
I founded Good Bull Pitch, which has awarded more than $15,000 to Aggie student-owned businesses. I also lead the McFerrin Experience Team at Texas A&M's McFerrin Center for Entrepreneurship.
Built from scratch
Eco Paper Depot started as a project with college friends who wanted real business experience. Today I own and run it myself, out of College Station.
