How to order from Eco Paper Depot.

Ordering in four steps

1. Tell us about your facility. Send the quote form or email us. Facility size and current usage help us size the order. Your bid tab or current item list works too, and we'll quote the match.
2. Get a written delivered quote within 48 hours. We'll ask whether you have a loading dock and whether deliveries need an appointment or a security check.
3. Send a purchase order. W-9 on request.
4. We deliver by freight to your dock or sally port, on a schedule that keeps product on hand.

Sales tax

We don't charge sales tax if your facility qualifies for a Texas sales tax exemption. County and other government purchases usually do, and your purchase order or exemption certificate is all we need. Privately operated facilities that don't qualify are charged Texas sales tax.

What we'll ask about delivery

Freight minimums are why the smallest order is a full pallet: smaller orders cost too much to ship by freight. To get the quote right the first time, we'll ask:
