What is the minimum order?
One pallet (45 cases), delivered. Smaller orders cost too much to ship by freight.
How is it delivered?
By freight truck to your dock or sally port. Tell us whether you have a dock and whether drivers need an appointment or a security check, so the quote is right the first time.
Do you charge sales tax?
Not if your facility qualifies for a Texas sales tax exemption. County and other government purchases usually do, and your purchase order or exemption certificate is all we need. Privately operated facilities that don't qualify are charged Texas sales tax.
Can we get samples?
Yes. We can mail free coreless and regular sample rolls to your facility while supplies last. Ask on the quote form.
What are the payment terms?
Net-30 on a purchase order. W-9 on request.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 3–4 business days after we receive your PO.
